Privacy policy

This is an English translation for your convenience. The binding policy is the Hebrew version, and if the two differ, the Hebrew version governs.

Who we are

This site is operated by [Registered business name] ([Business / company number]), under the trade name Managie (“we”). For any question about this policy: hello@managie.co.il.

What information we collect

• Booking a demo: your name, phone, email (optional), type of business, the time you chose, what you wrote in the notes, and whether you agreed to receive updates.
• Orders and payment: your name, email, phone, business name and company or VAT number (optional), and the plan you chose. Your card details are entered only on the payment company’s page. They never pass through us and are never stored with us.
• Reviews: your name, your business or role, your rating and the text you wrote.
• Technical information: our hosting and security providers temporarily log IP addresses and browser details to protect the site from attacks and fraud.
• In your browser only: your accessibility settings and color theme are saved in your browser’s local storage. They’re never sent to us.

You’re not legally required to give us this information, but without it we can’t get back to you or complete an order.

How we use the information

• To get back to you, schedule a demo and answer your questions.
• To provide the service, bill you, issue receipts and invoices, and give support.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• To send updates and offers, only if you agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell information and we don’t share it for advertising. It goes only to providers who help us deliver the service, and only as much as they need:

• The site’s hosting and security provider (Cloudflare).
• The payment company that processes your payment and issues the receipt.
• The notification and email services we use to receive your requests.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some providers store information on servers outside Israel, in line with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations.

Cookies and analytics

The site has no advertising or tracking cookies. If traffic measurement is switched on, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you personally. Forms may show an automatic security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that’s there to block bots.

Information security

The site works over encrypted connections only. Keys and secrets are kept on the server side only, and access to information is limited to the people who need it. Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment company. No system is completely immune, and if we discover a security incident that affects you, we’ll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

How long we keep information

For as long as it’s needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires (for example, keeping accounting records). Demo requests that didn’t become customers are deleted after a year.

Your rights

• To review the information we hold about you, under section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
• To ask us to correct or delete information that isn’t accurate, complete, clear or up to date, under section 14 of the Law.
• To remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, under the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law.

Minors

The services are meant for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information about minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we’ll update the date here, and for significant changes we’ll also let customers know by email.
