We set up your app
With your business name, color and logo. Every business gets its own app and its own database.
A short wizard, and you’re in
Pick your type of business, your shifts and your features, then add your staff. Each employee gets a ready-made message with a link and sign-in details to send on WhatsApp.

A database for every business
Every business has its own installation, so data from different businesses is never in the same place.
Encrypted passwords
Passwords are stored encrypted, never as plain text. After a few failed sign-in attempts, sign-in locks for 15 minutes.

Questions about Kodkod
How long does setup take?
We handle the technical setup and schedule it with you right after you sign up. On your side there’s a short wizard that takes a few minutes: business name, color, shifts and features. Then you add employees and send them a link on WhatsApp.
Do employees need to download an app from the store?
No. They open the link in the browser and add it to their home screen. It looks and works like an app, notifications included.
Can I turn off features I don’t need?
Yes. Each of the 20 features has a switch. A feature that’s off disappears from the screens, and its data is kept if you turn it back on.
Can my team use Kodkod in English?
Yes. The interface comes in English or Hebrew, and each employee can pick their own language.
Where does the product catalog come from?
Add products by hand, import from Excel or connect your WooCommerce store, and the catalog stays up to date on its own.
Who sees my hours and pay?
Only the employee. The personal hours and pay screen is private to each employee.
