Built inside a real business

Managie started at KAITO, a group of Asian food kiosks and an online store in Holon and Rishon LeZion. Every app grew out of a problem we had on our own desk, and only after it worked for us every day did we open it to everyone.

That’s why the examples on this site come from KAITO. The apps themselves fit any business: a café, a salon, a shop, an office or an online store.

Your data stays yours

That’s how we built every system, from day one.

A separate database for every business

In Kodkod every business gets its own app and its own database, so data from different businesses is never mixed.

Your keys stay with you

In Studio your site and AI keys are stored only on your computer, and Studio uses them to talk directly to your store and your AI provider. They never reach us.

Encrypted passwords and break-in protection

Passwords are stored encrypted. After a few failed sign-in attempts, sign-in locks for 15 minutes.

Pay without exposing your card

Card details are entered only on the payment company’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant page. They never pass through us and are never stored with us.

Questions we get a lot

Do I need to install anything?

Kodkod and Life OS open in the browser, and you can add them to your home screen like any other app. Studio runs on a Windows computer and connects to your WooCommerce site.

Are the apps available in English?

Kodkod and Studio come with an English or Hebrew interface, and you switch between them in the settings. Life OS is in Hebrew today; English is on the way.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Kodkod and Life OS work on any phone or computer with an up-to-date browser. On iPhone, phone notifications work after “Add to Home Screen” (iOS 16.4 and up). Studio runs on a Windows computer and has a mobile version for quick product edits.

Is my data secure?

In Kodkod every business has its own separate database, and passwords are stored encrypted. In Studio your keys are saved on your computer and never sent to us. In Life OS only you see your data. Payments on the site go through a licensed payment company, and card details are never stored with us.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of your notice and charges stop. On a yearly plan you get a pro-rated refund for the unused period, and within 14 days of ordering you can also cancel under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law. All the details are in the terms.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Every charge comes with a tax invoice/receipt sent to the email you gave us.

How does the demo work?
